El Cid was a Spanish knight who helped fight the Moorish rule in Spain.
The legend goes that, despite being dead, his body was strapped to a horse to charge into battle, rallying troops and intimidating the enemies. It seems no one had a clue that the great knight was already dead… was the strategy successful?
When I sadly see clearly mentally impaired Pres. Biden showing up in venues, comparing the situation with El Cid’s tale doesn’t seem too absurd.
The President certainly needs care, a well-deserved retirement, with dignity, instead of being displayed as if fit for office. Longtime supporters of the democrats, like billionaire-philanthropist Bill Ackman, are saying so, repeatedly.
Biden’s entourage is running the country and might wish to keep it going, having high incentives in promoting a somewhat American version of El Cid…
When I read or hear in the press “Pres. Biden decided this…” or “Pres. Biden said that…” I cannot relate to the man, but to those pulling the strings with their radical ideas, agendas and modus operandi.
Will the masses, even the dedicated and delusional democrats, believe in such a narrative which seems to contradict reality?
El Cid is an absurd tale that took place a thousand years ago. It cannot be used in our hyperconnected and hyper-informed era. At least, shouldn’t be convincing.
Will the democratic party’s troops, enemies (especially foreign) and voters be stupid enough to buy this modern tale, this hoax, in which Joe Biden is shown as being capable of running the mightiest country on earth?
Shouldn’t such kind of tale be only good for Spain in 1099 A.D. or in 21st Century’s North Korea?
